PhD candidate in History at Harvard University, where she studies the development of national music in Soviet Central Asia. She works with materials in no less than 10 languages (including Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, and Judeo-Persian). Graduated with a B.A. from Princeton University in 2020 and received her M.A. from Harvard in 2023.
