About people living by the Ganges River

These savages have their heels in front, and their soles and toes behind. Nevertheless, a few of these mouthless people have been brought in; they are a mild people living at the sources of the Ganges. They sustain themselves only on the fumes of fried meat and the scent of fruits and flowers, since they have only breathing holes instead of mouths. They are afflicted with a foul odor and for this reason they barely survive, especially in a military encampment.
